FOUNDER

A Polish native, Sara has spent all but 6.5 years of her life in NYC. During college, she interned with both BlackRock and the Economist Intelligence Unit. After graduating from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in economics and finance, she worked for BlackRock until deciding to pursue a higher degree. She went on to earn an M.A. in economics at NYU’s Graduate School of Arts and Science. During her graduate studies, while poring over heteroskedasticity and regressions and simultaneously procrastinating by testing thesis-writing software, she met a number of inspiring serial entrepreneurs. She realized that her place was in the burgeoning tech scene. Putting her econometrics and Bloomberg terminal skills aside, and engaging her Excel and techie-geek side, Sara formed Digits Discourse. Today, her company manages over three dozen clients, ranging from startups to mature businesses to high-net worth individuals. On the other side of the work equation, Sara’s hobbies include visiting distant breweries, home-brewing, hiking fjords, trying to beat Faxanadu sans Game Genie, headbanging to heavy metal, and of course, procrastinating vis-a-vis app-testing. You can usually find her discussing kveik, declensions, vlookups and pigeon poses somewhere where Carmen Sandiego doesn’t tread .
